- Philpotts secured contracts for 302 units in last few months, from Persimmon Homes, David Wilson Homes and Bewley Homes
- Bewley Homes are a new customer for us; we look forward to working with them
- We recently completed 38 houses in the space of a ten day period, the most in this time frame for 6-8 years
- We also took on a new Contracts Manager : Steve Odell, who we hope will become a valued member of the team over the busy period to come.
November and December are usually our busiest period in the year, so it's obvious this year is shaping up to be the busiest we've seen in about half a decade!
All of our sites are producing houses to paint finally. And we have just completed a ten day period when we completed no fewer than 38 houses, including the full redecoration of an 8000 square foot show house at Bently Priory for Cala Homes, including some 148 rolls of specialist wallpapers and various specialist finishing coatings.
The company hasn't completed so many in this time frame for at least over five years so this is quite an encouraging sign of things to come.
We secured contracts for the decorating of 132 houses and apartments for Persimmon Homes Ltd at Lintons Lane in Epsom, Surrey. This is very positive for our relationship with Persimmon Homes , one of the country's largest volume house builders.
A new phase of 70 houses and townhouses has also been secured at our ongoing site at Broadbridge Heath in Sussex. With 65 units still to be completed at Phase I Broadbridge for David Wilson Homes, it suggests a busy period to come in Sussex.
We are delighted to have also secured an order for another 100 houses Barkham Lane, Wokingham for Bewley Homes Plc, a prestigious private housebuilder. This is the start of an exciting new relationship with Bewley who, somehow, we have not worked with before.
We also see the starting of a new Contracts Manager for the South East region; Steve comes to us after a twenty-year career in decorating. We look forward to Steve becoming a valued member of the team at Philpott & Co.
